Talking Heads15 - 17 June 2006: Talking Heads

Three Talking Heads by Alan Bennett are to be performed at the Swan Town Hall in June.The final selection will be announced soon.
Our previous Talking Heads in 1999 was described by three papers as “A great night of quality drama by three talented ladies ”, “An engrossing evening ”, and “A close to perfect blend of comedy and drama ”.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream12 - 14 October 2006: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

The moon’s silvered light bathes the sleeping Puck and, filling him with midsummer madness, encourages him to create chaos in the lives of six Athenian lovers. Tight Fit Theatre begins its eleventh season with Shakespeare’s most enduring and endearing comedy. Mark Oldknow and the company weave a spell that will delight all ages. With Tight Fit Theatre’s usual emphasis on clarity and accessibility, this exhilarating new production from the Swan’s resident company promises an evening of magic and mayhem. Our Murder Mysteries The Nineteenth Hell and An Act of Murder have been putting in appearances for school PTAs, golf clubs and community centres helping them all raise funds through a great evening's entertainment. Wuthering Heights 9 - 11 March 2006: Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë was performed at the Wycombe Swan Town Hall in March. This renowned story, adapted by Jane Thornton - co-author of Shakers Re-stirred, was directed by Mark Oldknow. The production photos are online.

Othello 7 February - 4 March 2006 Othello

Othello by William Shakespeare, adapted and directed by Mark Oldknow, was performed at the Broadway Studio Theatre, Catford. We were invited by Fer'vent Theatre to present this timeless classic in our usual accessible style. The first few production photos are online.
